How are gift cards delivered?
As a printable PDF, sent by email to either you or directly to the recipient. We never charge shipping on gift cards.
Do they expire?
No. MyMineralBox gift cards never expire and can be used on any specimen, even in a future restock.
Can I use a card across multiple orders?
Yes. Any unused balance stays on the code for future purchases. We track it manually for now — just include the code at checkout.
Can I send the card on a specific date?
Yes — let us know the date when you place the order and we will email the gift on that morning in the recipient's time zone.
Refunds?
Gift cards themselves are non-refundable, but purchases made with them follow the standard return policy.
